Can I download it now?
Yes. The iPhone and iPad version is free on the App Store, and the Mac version has a signed and notarized installer on the Mac install page. Both are linked from this site.
এখনই কি ডাউনলোড করা যাবে?
হ্যাঁ। iPhone আর iPad সংস্করণ App Store-এ ফ্রি পাওয়া যাচ্ছে, আর Mac সংস্করণের সাইন করা ও নোটারাইজ করা ইনস্টলারটি Mac ইনস্টল পেজে আছে। দুটোরই লিংক এই সাইটে দেওয়া।
Is Full Access required?
No. It is optional for normal Bangla typing. When enabled, it allows local settings and learned words to be shared between the app and keyboard; normal keyboard typing still remains offline.
Full Access কি দিতেই হবে?
না। সাধারণ বাংলা টাইপিংয়ের জন্য এটা ঐচ্ছিক। চালু করলে অ্যাপ আর কীবোর্ডের মধ্যে সেটিংস ও শেখা শব্দ ভাগ করা যায়; সাধারণ টাইপিং তখনও অফলাইনেই থাকে।
Is Voice Typing offline?
Voice Typing is an optional container-app feature, not part of the keyboard extension. It can use device-only recognition when available; otherwise Apple’s speech service may process audio.
ভয়েস টাইপিং কি অফলাইন?
ভয়েস টাইপিং কীবোর্ডের অংশ নয়, এটা মূল অ্যাপের একটা ঐচ্ছিক সুবিধা। ডিভাইসেই বাংলা কথা লেখায় রূপান্তরের ব্যবস্থা থাকলে “শুধু ডিভাইসে” পদ্ধতিতে চলে; না থাকলে অডিও প্রক্রিয়া করার জন্য Apple-এর সার্ভার লাগতে পারে।
Does it cost anything?
No. Abu Sayed is free, requires no account, and contains no advertising or analytics SDK. There is no paid tier, no subscription, and no feature held back behind a purchase.
এর জন্য কি টাকা লাগে?
না। আবু সাঈদ পুরোপুরি ফ্রি, কোনো অ্যাকাউন্ট লাগে না, বিজ্ঞাপন বা অ্যানালিটিক্স SDK-ও নেই। কোনো পেইড ভার্সন নেই, সাবস্ক্রিপশন নেই, আর টাকা দিলে তবেই মিলবে এমন কোনো সুবিধাও নেই।
02 — Phonetic typing
Type nirvoye, get নির্ভয়ে.
In phonetic input every Latin letter counts. An extra letter at the end can change the Bangla result. For the complete mapping of every vowel, consonant, conjunct and mark, see the phonetic typing reference.

The right input
Use nirvoye or nirbhoye for নির্ভয়ে.
nirvoye অথবা nirbhoye লিখলেই নির্ভয়ে।

Watch the text and the suggestions
The extra final y in nirvoyey adds another “য়” to the literal form, producing নির্ভয়েয়.
nirvoyey লিখলে শেষের বাড়তি y আরেকটা “য়” বসিয়ে দেয়, তাই প্রথমে আসে নির্ভয়েয়।

Pick the right word from the bar
For nirvoyey or nirbhoyey, নির্ভয়ে appears automatically in the suggestion bar; select it to insert the intended word.
nirvoyey বা nirbhoyey লিখলেও সাজেশন বারে নির্ভয়ে নিজে থেকেই চলে আসে। সেটায় ট্যাপ করলেই ঠিক শব্দটা বসে যাবে।
If that suggestion never appears, tell us: layout, the exact Latin input, the Bangla you actually got, the word you expected, device model and OS version.
সাজেশনটা যদি একেবারেই না আসে, জানান: কোন লেআউট, হুবহু কী লিখেছেন, বাংলায় কী এসেছে, কী আশা করেছিলেন, কোন ডিভাইস আর কোন OS সংস্করণ।
03 — Activation
Installed, but the keyboard is nowhere?
Enable it once in Settings
- Open the Abu Sayed app once.
- Go to Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard.
- Enable “Abu Sayed Bangla.”
- In any text field, use the globe key to select Abu Sayed.
Settings থেকে একবার চালু করে নিন
- Abu Sayed অ্যাপটি একবার খুলুন।
- Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard-এ যান।
- “Abu Sayed Bangla” চালু করুন।
- যেকোনো লেখার ঘরে গ্লোব কি চেপে Abu Sayed বেছে নিন।
Add the input source
- Open System Settings → Keyboard → Text Input → Edit.
- Choose +, find Bangla and add an Abu Sayed layout.
- If it is missing, log out of the Mac and log in again.
- Select Abu Sayed from the menu-bar input menu.
Input Source-টি যোগ করুন
- System Settings → Keyboard → Text Input → Edit খুলুন।
- + চেপে Bangla খুঁজুন, তারপর Abu Sayed লেআউটটি যোগ করুন।
- তালিকায় না থাকলে Mac থেকে লগ আউট করে আবার লগ ইন করুন।
- মেনু বারের ইনপুট মেনু থেকে Abu Sayed বেছে নিন।
